We want to discuss, develop and test different Python based payment systems and web shops.

Examples:

LFS (Django)
Satchmo (Django)
Get Paid (Plone)
Easy Shop (Plone)

As a first step or as a preparation, every participant could choose a webshop/payment system to explore.

We will have a look at the Plone buildbot for testing the latest Plone version with Selenium.

The idea is to have a little sprint to complete the work done in the recent Sorrento Sprint:

http://www.openplans.org/projects/sorrento-sprint-2009/selenium-testing

The challenge is to put all the different parts together and prepare a buildbot for Plone
that is capable of running Selenium tests on different platforms and using different browsers:

The Buildbot for Plone:

https://svn.plone.org/svn/plone/plone.buildbot

The buildout for the new Plone versions:

https://svn.plone.org/svn/plone/plonenext/3.2

https://svn.plone.org/svn/plone/plonenext/3.3

A registry that searches for selenium tests:

https://svn.plone.org/svn/collective/seltest.registry/

An example of how to add test suites to the seltest registry using entry points:

https://svn.plone.org/svn/collective/seltest.examples/

A Selenium test runner script that allows you to run selenium tests using seltest.registry:

https://svn.plone.org/svn/collective/seltest.runner/

WSGI style Selenium Testing using repoze.bfg, making an index, static files and Selenium test suites available through the web:
